Le Creuset, French manufacturer of premium cookware has joined hands with the Star Wars franchise to create a limited edition cookware collection. Inspired none other than the famous sci-fi series, the collection is must have for epic space-opera media franchise fans. The Star Wars x Le Creuset cookware line features eight unique products ranging from $20 to $900.
The Star Wars Themed cookware collection by Le Creuset has been dropped right before the launch of new Star Wars movie. Named ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’, it will release in the United States on December 20, 2019. It is a waiting period for the fans and this collaboration has certainly increased the excitement many folds. Each piece of the collection is inspired by our favorite characters from the saga.
The first piece from the Star Wars x Le Creuset collection is Han Solo in Carbonite Roaster. A dark grey exclusive enamel hue with flecks of gold and silver called “stone” was specially created for the roaster. It comes with a price tag of $450.
The Darth Vader Dutch Oven comes with a Star Wars inspired special embossed lid. The Imperial cog is carved on the underside along with France spelled out in Aurebesh as well. This oven will cost you $395.
The Porg Pie Bird is perfect for baking pies. Extra care was taken to add texture to this highly detailed piece. Four different colors were carefully painted to give it that perfect look. It is priced at $25.
C-3PO, R2-D2, and BB-8 were ideal choice for the set of mini cocottes. Suitable for microwave or the oven, the Droid Mini Cocottes can be easily recognized with their decal details. Each piece will cost you $30.
Besides that, the collection also features a pair of silicone trivets in the shape of the Death Star and the Millennium Falcon. Each piece costs $20.
Well, the centerpiece of the collection is the limited-edition Tatooine Round Dutch Oven. Inspired by the desert planet, it comes with a Signature Gold Knob and features the pinks and blues of a fading Tatooine sky. This exclusive piece is limited to 9 units only which are hand-numbered on the inside of the sand-colored lid. Well, it also comes with a hefty price tag of $900.
