Mercedes and Pebble brings smartwatch technology to your car

German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has collaborated with Silicon Valley-based Pebble Technology, one of the leading smart watch maker companies to develop the Digital DriveStyle app. The pebble smart watch and the Digital app keeps you updated with significant information about your vehicle such as fuel level, door-lock status and  vehicle location when your are away from your car. When inside the car, the smart watch notifies the driver by vibrating about the real-time hazards such as accidents, traffic and road construction through vehicle-2-vehicle technology.

Gresso unveils Android-based Radical smartphone series

Manufacturer of luxury smartphones, Russian Company Gresso has unveiled their latest series of limited edition mobile phones. Christened Radical series, the new line-up of these first ever Android-based smartphones by the company has arrived at the perfect time of Christmas season. The Gresso Radical is made from titanium grade 5 and sports a 4.5-inch Gorilla Glass- screen having a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The mobile phone weighing about 219g comes with an 8MP rear-facing camera and is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and comes with a dual-SIM card support feature and 36GB of internal storage memory.

Grado partners with Bushmills to create limited edition headphones

Manufacturer of world’s finest headphones and cartridges, Grado Labs has collaborated with Bushmills Irish Whiskey to produce a limited edition pair of headphones. The Bushmills x Grado headphones are personally designed by actor Elijah Wood and sound composer Zach Cowie over a period of five months. Hand-built by Grado Labs team, these headphones are created from recycled white oak bodies from the wood of old barrels which are brought in from Bushmills distillery in Ireland.

The Konstruktor DIY Kit comes in a cardboard box which contains all the necessary pieces and step-by-step instructions to build the Camera. According to Lomography it will take around 1-2 hours to construct the SLR.

Wooden timepieces of Valerii Danevych are simply awesome

Valerii Danevych is a wood craftsman from Kiev, Ukraine whose beautiful wooden watches were showcased recently during the Baselworld 2013.Coming from a long line of cabinetmakers; the artist has been crafting wooden miniatures since his childhood.

With the increase in fascination and experience he started creating more complicated artworks and since 2005 he has committed his life to built functional timepieces made entirely from wood. The only exception is the metal spring which is required to propel the movement.
