Ducati, Italian motorcycle manufacturer has come up with a new electric bike for the urban commuters. Christened e-Scrambler, the bike has been produced in partnership with electric bicycle company Thok E-bikes. Both these brands have created couple of e-bikes in the past as well as a part of their ongoing collaboration. The Ducati e-Scrambler is a high-end urban trekking e-bike that is inspired from the Ducati Scrambler world.
The urban ready e-bike comes with an aluminum frame that is designed to offer low centre of gravity. Thus, if gives the rider a joyous riding experience just like a traditional bike. The electric bike features a 250-W Shimano Steps E7000 motor along with a 504Wh Battery. The motor weighs 2.8kg only and provides 60Nm of torque. Besides that, the e-bike comes with 80mm Suntur XCR 34 spring-loaded fork and Sram Guide T – 4 calipers brakes. Also, the yellow-black bike comes with Sram NX transmission with 11-speed (11-42).

The Ducati e-Scrambler features front and rear headlights and an adjustable kickstand. It comes with aluminum mudguards and a telescopic seat post to enhance the comfort level. Also, there is a luggage rack that has a maximum load capacity of 25kg. That’s impressive! The bike comes equipped with 27.5-inch Thok e-plus wheels sporting Pirelli Cycl-e GT tires. Weighing 22.5 kg in size M without pedals, the e-bike comes with Thok handlebar with 760mm length. Besides that, this luxury electric bike comes with Ducati ergonomic grips and Ducati comfort plus saddle.
The Ducati e-Scrambler urban trekking electric bike with so many high-end components and features comes with a price of its own. The luxury e-bike is priced at €3,699(approx. $4,300). You can get more information about the electric bike here.
