In collaboration with entrepreneur Richard Kessler and international artist Franco Castelluccio, Austrian piano manufacturer Bösendorfer has created one-of-a-kind Grand Bohemian piano that’s named after Grand Bohemian boutique hotels. The musical instrument is not only as grand as the series of exquisite hotels, but is a true statement piece inspired by beauty and elegance of peacocks.
The Grand piano features beautiful peacock and other bronze sculptures, which are influenced by Kessler’s personal art collection. Highlighting feature of the piano is a majestic peacock structure with unfurled feathers. This gorgeous peacock sculpture also doubles up as a music stand, while adding unconventional Bohemian charm to the music piece.
Besides being a harmonious musical instrument, Grand Bohemian piano is a complete art museum reflecting true beauty of a mythical forest. A huge bronze cast of sculpted tree branches serve a sturdy base that holds the entire piano body. The instrument is also integrated with LED lighting around the sounding board area, giving soothing glow to the exquisite piano.
To add a touch of royalty, some areas like frame of the piano are gilded with 23-carat gold. That’s not all, the vibrant red piano lid and inner rim will leave you awestruck with its striking contrast. Limited to just nine instruments, the one-of-a-kind music instrument will be loved by both music and art enthusiasts.
