Lumenati CS1

Nowadays, we totally depend on our smartphones for everything from managing small tasks to capturing videos and photographs. But aspiring cinematographers don’t find smartphones convenient while shooting, as smartphone screens get difficult to see in bright sun. That’s where, Lumenati CS1 comes in.

It is the world’s first cinematic smartcase designed to turn your iPhone 6 into vintage-style video camera. Thus, brings out your inner filmmaker. Design of this innovative smartcase pays homage to old-school Super 8-mm movie camera, which used a film cartridge for video shooting back in 80s. The same way you need to slide your iPhone into the Lumenati CS1, pull the red trigger and you’re all set to shoot video like a pro.

The CS1 safely holds your smartphone, but it doesn’t use phone’s camera to record the footage. Instead it has its own wide angle 58mm lens that swaps from fisheye to wide angle, all thanks to its companion smatphone app. This means your iPhone simply acts like a ‘film’ on which footage is stored. It even has a real-time viewfinder so you get exactly what you see. The smart case has brilliantly merged digital technology with classic look, giving ultimate video making experience to the users. What else one could ask for in a quality video camera?
