Merchandise of legendary British rock band Rolling Stones is not new to the world. But to raise more temperature this summer, French luxury house ST Dupont has recently unwrapped their hottest musical collection that pays homage to the iconic rock band. The limited edition Rolling Stones Collection offers only 1,962 copies- referring to the year when the iconic rockstars, Brian Jones, Ian Stewart, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts, came together to revolutionize rock music.
However, the latest luxury collection features signature remarks of these rockers, adding goldsmithery and lacquering technicalities into the world of music. The musical lineup includes two writing instruments from the Néo-Classique range: a ballpoint (€1,400 approx. US $1,555) and a fountain pen (€1,500 approx. US $1,667).
These luxury pens are enameled in black placed lacquer and palladium, boasting a pen clip etched with legendary five string guitar played by Keith Richards. Furthermore, the pen cap endorses lyrics of the band’s famous songs such as “Start Me Up,” “It’s Only Rock N’ Roll (But I Like It),” “You Got Me Rocking” and “All Down the Line.”
Besides the pens, the collection also consists of “Ligne 2″ lighter (€1,500 approx. US $1,667) in black placed lacquer, featuring the iconic guitar as well as some lyrics of their popular tracks. ST Dupont has even created MiniJet lighters (€120 approx. US $133) that come in classic white or black layout. The palladium cufflinks (€300 approx. US $333) are also part of the collection and flaunts band’s signature tongue logo. So this summer, spend some extra cash to show off your love for the historic rock band. Keep rocking!
