Richard Small, a Thunder Bay man has come up with something unique and intelligent by converting his Dragon three-wheeled electric bike into a customized solar powered scooter by installing three solar panels to it.

The conversion was completed about two weeks ago and it took him five days to do so. Small has built this bike to show people that it can really be done, and of course to save money and protect the environment.
